We want you to love your Chilli Bay purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
📦 Return Conditions
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [Chillibay@163.com] with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom crystal gift boxes, engraved pieces)
- Crystals that have been energetically activated, used in rituals, or meditation
- Personal care items (e.g., facial rollers, massage tools that have been in contact with skin)
- Digital or downloadable products (e.g., crystal eBooks, energy guides)
- Gift cards
- Select health and personal wellness products
💡 Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:
The returned crystal or jewelry item shows visible signs of use
The item is not returned in its original packaging or has minor damage
Parts of the product are missing (e.g., cleansing cloths, pouches, info cards)
The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery and approved on a case-by-case basis
🔄 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once your return is received, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first:
The refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items.
We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
