We want you to love your Chilli Bay purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Overview

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories (if any).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, magazines)
  • Personal use or intimate products (e.g. sanitary items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Digital/downloadable products (e.g. eBooks or digital files)
  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care products

Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, games, or vinyl records

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

The refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items.
